FAQ’S

We are open from 8 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates. However, orders can be placed at any time.

Orders can be placed at any time by calling or texting Kevin at 814-270-7860, by email at [email protected] or by emailing Roxanne at [email protected]. We will then generate an invoice and email it to you.

We require a fifty percent deposit to add your order to our schedule. The remainder of the balance is due upon delivery. We accept cash, checks or credit cards. Card payments can be made directly through your QuickBooks invoice. Cash must be paid in person. Checks can be hand delivered or mailed to our billing address PO Box 14, Cassandra Pa 15925.

We are a build to order company. We do not typically keep stock. However, at times, we have orders waiting to be shipped out either the same day or the next day. If we have any at our shop, you are more than welcome to come look at them. This changes daily so we would need you to call us first.
